4 Days Old Doctor's Visit

Jonah had his 1st doctor's visit on 4/29/10. The doctor wanted to see if his jaundice level had improved. He had a low-level of jaundice when we left the hospital at 10.6. Now his level increased to 18. Jonah needs to be placed under lights. His weight also decreased from when he was born but the doc says that's normal. Weight 6 lbs 14oz. (10%), Height 20.5 in. (50%), Head circumference 13 1/2 in. (25%).

18 Month Doctor's Visit

Jordan had his 18 month doctor's visit on 4/13/10. He had an immunization shot and a few quick tears. Weight 23.6 lbs. (10%-25%), Height 33 3/4 in. (50%-75%), Head circumference 18 7/3 in. (50%-75%).

i'm learning fast!
mommy's tummy is getting bigger everyday...i kiss and point at her tummy and say baby...
i'm eating more and mommy and daddy says i'll grow big and tall...
i still like to eat chicken and now i'll even eat pizza, hot dogs, and turkey
i've been trying my best to eat with a spoon and fork...i usually miss my mouth...
i don't use sippy cups...i like using a straw!...and i like drinking from mommy and daddys cup when they let me...
i like learning something new everyday!...lights, eyes, teeth, laptop, basketball, socks, backpack, car, ninang, ninong, and mommy are some of my favorite words...
i like to name some animals...doggy, turtle, bear, rabbit, lion, and bird
i really like talking on the phone...just like daddy...
i wanna be just like daddy...i copy everything he does...when he gets ready for work and looks in the mirror, i'll look in the mirror too...if he's fixing his hair or puts on lotion, i'll do the same thing too....
i can almost take my shirt off by myself...i'll try to put on my socks and shoes...
i'm a great helper, i can bring you something if you ask me...
i'm getting really fast too...i learned how to run and i try to jump...
i like to sing and dance...i even sing along in the car
i love to sit in my chair and watch Yo Gabba Gabba...
i wear size 3 diapers, size 18 months clothing, and size 6 shoes...
i keep growing and growing...

The Taurus Baby April 20 - May 20

Parents of a Taurus tot are going to have to be very aware of this baby's need to be touched. Loving caresses and a tender touch are what the Taurus baby lives for! Along those lines, this is a child who needs to be comfortable. The Libra baby will revel in the attention of others from the get-go. That baby whom everyone is cooing over at the doctor's office? Yes, it's a Libra. Passive yet charming, people can't help fawning all over this sun-kissed child. Perhaps it's the way a Libra baby smiles when others swoon. Whatever the case may be, this child is possessed of the most endearing qualities. Even-tempered and sweet in disposition, the Libra baby loves to have others around and would much rather be with company than alone. In a group, this child will mix quite well with others, displaying the very Libran qualities of sociability and diplomacy. The Libra tot is a born mediator, perhaps prepping early on for a career as a lawyer or judge. Loving fancy touches, the Libra child is not likely to take well to hand-me-downs, especially girls! These are kids who love to feel pretty, and the best clothes are a big step in that direction. Comfort is also important to this child, so clean, pressed clothes and a snappy room are an added plus. Sense a bit of control here? Well, the Libra child does know how to be manipulative, although they manage to do it in the nicest way.
